There will be a 2 car garage in the rear of the property. This will provide for a space for my automobile, and if I had a guest that came by automobile, they will be able to park in the second space. Both spaces will support EV Charing, and the indoor temperature during winter will be heated to 54°F (about 12°C). The warmer temperature will make it easier to not have to warm up the automobile during winter time. This will make life easier all around. If I should have a visitor that drives, they can park in the second space of the garage. If they have an EV, I will allow them to charge their vehicle while they are visiting me.
