I will be using cork tile flooring for the living rooms, hallway, bedroom(s), and office. Cork tile flooring is comfortable to the touch, and pest resistant. It will also radiate heat easier for the underfloor radiant heating system. All of these features will be important. As for the bathroom, kitchen, and lavatory – I will seek to use the least slippery flooring since water is involved with all of these rooms. This will be intended to make life more comfortable to me, and any tenant I might have.
