In the halls, garage space, and outside the exterior door will be automatic lighting. Once movement is detected in the space, lights will come on to shine a light in the area. This is intended to allow for seeing what’s going on without the need to look for a switch. Since the lighting is automatic and detects movement, there is no need for light switches. This also benefits those paying the electricity bill since the lights will automatically shut off after 5 minutes of no detected movement. There will also be light sensors on the exterior doors since this is designed to not turn on when there is light outside – again reducing the bill even more.
