Keyword house

Welcome to my House. This site is intended on what my housing intentions would be if I had $1,000,000. This site will be setup in various websites as putting everything in one site might be too much for one person to read through. Here, they will be able to read what is important to them. As for an actual address, I will not disclose that. The reason is I don’t want to give out an address in case someone has a similar idea of what I would do, and have the finances to do so. However, I am sure I provided enough clues for someone that lives in Pittsburgh to be able to find it if they wished to.

The house I found is for sale for $16,000. This is pretty cheap for a 1 bedroom house, and it is in a quiet neighborhood. Since I am currently renting a 1B apartment, a 1B house shouldn’t be too much of an issue. I will have a basement for laundry and infrastructure. Still I will be willing to take it as no neighborhood is completely safe. As you would see in my Infrastructure site, you would find that there will be a bit of forward thinking with regards to what need to be done.
