The elevator are extremely expensive. I will assume $10,000 per floor + $10,000. This should be a realistic number for the elevator. There are 3 above ground floors, a basement and a roof for a total of $60,000 for the elevator. The reason for the elevator going to the roof is in case the roof needs management, the appropriate people will be able to access the space. The roof will otherwise be locked to keep people from going to where they aren’t supposed to.
There will be an ATA? which will connect the elevator with the elevator company. The call box must be active, and functioning. I will also provide a copy of the inspection certificate so that people using the elevator can see it has been inspected within the last year.
