I will be using closed cell spray foam insulation for the exterior walls. This will keep the indoor temperature indoors since closed cell spray foam is a thermal break. Indoor insulation will be padded foam insulation, and mostly there for sound insulation. Since this insulation will keep the indoor temperature indoors, there should be a need to run heating or AC all of the time.
