All of the drywall will be Air Renew drywall. The idea of this is to contain any VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) which at the least is unhealthy. The wall will capture, and trap the VOCs therefore making the air safer to breathe. The drywall will therefore cost more, but worth it for quality of life contribution. The tenant will not notice a difference, but it will be there nonetheless.
